Executive Coaching

I provide one-to-one coaching support for professionals and executives, working with issues and challenges around personal, social and environmental impact. I'm an accredited coach with International Coaching Federation and follow their Code of Ethics. My coaching style is informal, non-directive and non-judgemental.

Facilitation

I have a wealth of experience in designing and facilitating development programmes for managers and leaders within a broad range of industries and sectors. My approach is highly interactive, building self-awareness by focusing on attitudes, emotions and behaviour.

Consultancy

I support my clients in running Organisational Development projects - envisioning a better future and creating workable plans to realise it.  Typically, I'll carry out diagnostic work to illuminate the core issues, before working with you to design and deliver the most appropriate interventions. Ethical leadership and culture change are my core areas of expertise.

Team Development

I work with intact leadership teams in their 'live' setting. Through observation and carefully timed interventions, I help them become more aware of how their group behaviour is holding them back from realising their vision, and to think through alternatives that will promote greater cohesion and coherence.
